HISTORY OF HALLOWEEN

Celtic New Year
October 31 is the most important day in the satanic year. [It is known as the devil's birthday.] It marks the Celtic new year. It was the end of the growing season. It became a festival of death. On this day, the god of the Celtics was to have called up the spirits of the wicked dead who had died during the past year. At the same time, other evil spirits arose and went about the countryside harassing the people. On October 31, the Celtics expected to be harassed by ghosts, evil spirits and demons; and it was no fun and games to them. They would light bonfires to guide the spirits to their own town and to ward off evil spirits.
Halloween is a holy day for pagans. This Celtic “new-year’s day,” known to druids as “Samhaine,” is celebrated on Oct. 31. Members of the Wiccan religion – a federally recognized, tax-exempt faith – and Satanists hold the day in the highest regard, performing special, often macabre ceremonies at the midnight hour.

DRUIDS
The Celtics had priests called druids. On October 31, the druids went from house to house demanding certain foods, and all those who refused were cursed. The people were tormented by means of magic. As they went, the druids carried large turnips which they had hollowed out and on which they had carved demon faces as charms. Each one was believed to contain the demon spirit that personally led or guided that priest: his little god.

DIVINATION
Those who practiced fortune telling and divination found that this was the night that they had the most success. They called upon satan to bless their efforts. One form of divination was to put apples in a tub and bob for them. The one who first successfully came up with one without putting them in his teeth was to have good luck throughout the year. They would then peel the apples and throw the peeling over their shoulders and then quickly look around. They expected to see a vision or an apparition of the one they were to marry.

SACRIFICES
These things happened several centuries before CHRIST. Sacrifices were made to the gods, especially the god of death - Samhain (pronounced Sah win). Sacrifices all the way from vegetable to human were offered. This went on and on, and, in some parts of the world, still goes on today.

8th CENTURY
In the 8th century, the Pope, in an effort to get the people to quit the festival of Sam hain, invented All Saints Day (Nov. 1). This was an attempt to get the people to turn away from the horrible observance of Sam hain. All Saints Day was intended to honor the martyrs of the Roman persecutions. It did not work! It never works to Christianize a pagan holiday. The holy and the profane do not mix.

THE MIDDLE AGES
In the Middle Ages, there was a great revival of satanic practices and witchcraft and magic - like there is today. During this time the belief developed that witches traveled on broomsticks to the black Sabbaths to worship satan on October 31. They were guided by spirits in the form of black cats. The Druids worshiped cats believing them to be reincarnated evil people.

CHURCH INVOLVEMENT
This festival of death has survived all the efforts of the church to stamp it out. The church is joining the opposition by celebrating this festival and calling it
“HARVEST FEST”.

All Saints Day became All Hallows Day. Hallow means holy or sacred. October 31 is the evening before All Hallows Day and came to be called in the western world all hallows evening and then all hallows een. Een is an abbreviation for evening. Finally, the word was reduced to the way we have it today, Halloween. That's where the name came from, and even if it is called all hallows evening, it has nothing to do with Christian faith, and it never did.

MODERN HALLOWEEN

ALL HALLOWS EVE
Halloween or ALL HALLOWS' EVE, was originally a festival of fire for the dead and the powers of darkness. It is the evening of 31 October, the night before the Christian festival of Hallows' or ALL SAINTS DAY.

All Hallows' Day commemorates the saints and martyrs, and was first introduced in the 7th century. Its date was changed from May 13 to November 1 in the following century, probably to make it coincide with and Christianize a pagan festival of the dead. All Souls' Day in the Roman Catholic calendar is November 2. It is marked by prayers for the souls of the dead.
Now let's look at the present day celebration of Halloween. Isn't the whole theme one of darkness, death, fear, threats, destruction and evil? There are witches, broomsticks, bats, owls, ghosts, skeletons, death, and monsters. You dress up your children as demons and witches and ghouls and monsters and werewolves and send them out into the street in the darkness to reenact the Druids' practice of demanding food from people under threat of tricks (or curses) if they don't comply.
You take, not a turnip, but a pumpkin and carve demon faces in it and decorate with it.

At Halloween there will be apple bobbing, divination, fortune telling, haunted houses, candles lit and spirits called up. There will be seances and ouija boards in the name of fun and excitement. There will be sacrifices of dogs, cats, rats, chickens, goats and even humans!
You say, "Well, we don't take it seriously." But the devil does and so does God. Particularly this is true when the Church which He purchased with His own precious blood builds houses of horror in its fellowship halls so that the little lambs who have been entrusted to its care can be terrified and opened up to invading spirits of fear and torment and confusion.

Tell your children the truth about halloween. Revelation 21:8 says liars won't make it to heaven. Then, parents, you will be doing your job as the high priest of the family like you are suppose to be. If you open your doors to pass out tracts, you are still observing halloween. Why don't you pass them out another time?
Halloween is celebrated by children in the United States. This issue is becoming debatable inside of Christian circles because of the rise of the occult in America.

Witchcraft-Satanism revivals and their obvious tie with pagan holiday causes Christians to question if the church should participate in Halloween.
Children are in costumes and masks with Halloween pumpkins of 'Jack O' Lanterns' name for (Will Wisps) an ancient symbol of a damned soul, too long considered harmless fun, and innocent pranks.
Halloween is celebrated masquerading as Church fund-raising bazaars decorated with black cats and witches; skeletons, scarecrows, haunted houses, bats, vampires and dummies in coffins. It should not be integrated with the holiness of the scared house of God. It's wicked and brings curses, (Deut. 11-36, 28.)

Some see it as evil and will have nothing to do with the celebration; others as harmless fun partake fully: costume parties, Halloween decorations and 'trick-or-treat. Still others try to find a "middle" approach, allowing trick-or-treat and masquerades, but as "Bible characters" instead of demonic and occult figures.
Some Churches are now seeing the influence of its fruit. One cannot deny the occult-metaphysical nature of Halloween is not in line with the Christian in character. Despite this clear contrast, Christians defend their complicity in the holiday asserting their "liberty" in Christ from the bondages of "legalism," declaring it is only innocent fun! God never gave us liberty to engage ourselves in evil!
"Learn not the way of the heathen . . . for the customs of the people are vain," (Jeremiah 10:2-3).

THE SPIRIT WORLD
The Bible clearly teaches that there is both a natural, material world as well as an invisible and spiritual world. The domain of physical human beings is the physical world, whereas the "heavenlies" are people or occupied by spirit beings. Among these spirit beings there are two classes, the good and the evil.
In the Scriptures, both holy and unholy spirit beings are designated as angels (Revelation 12:7). Unusually the unholy angels are referred to as demons, translated in the King James Version as devils.

They are called seraphim, cherubim, angels, principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this age, (Ephesians 6:12), thrones, dominions (Colossians 1:16), fallen angels (2 Peter 2:4), spirits in prison (I Peter 3:18-20), demons, seducing spirits (I Timothy 4:1).
There are an "innumerable company of angels", (Hebrews 12:22). They are referred to as "mighty angels" but they are not almighty (2 Thessalonians 1:7). One angel destroyed 185,000 of the Assyrian army in a night (2 Kings 19:35),. One angel rolled away the stone from the tomb of Jesus and one angel will bind Satan and cast him into the "bottomless pit". They are glorious beings according to Luke 9:26 and they seem to posses great knowledge but they are not omniscient -- all know. The angels are "all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister (serve) for them who shall be heirs of salvation" (Hebrews 1:13-14). They are also responsible for 'taking vengeance on them that know not God and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ' (2 Thessalonians 1:7-8).

The chief of the fallen angels is an archangel who has at least forty names given in Scripture. Some are proper names, others are descriptive. For example, in Revelation 12:10 he is called the "accuser of the brethren". He is called "that old Serpent", (Revelation 20:2), indicating his guile, Lucifer, "Son of the Morning", (Isaiah 14:12), his title when he fell. Devil means "accuser or slanderer", and it is of Greek origin (Revelation 12:9). Satan means "adversary or resister", and is of Hebrew origin; "Apollon", means "destroyer", the term " Dragon". speaks of his power. He is also called "Prince of devils." (Matthew 9:34), "Prince of this world", (John 12:31), "Belial", is implied to be his title in II Corinthians 6:15. In II Kings 1: 2, 6, 16, he is referred to as "Beelzebub", implying a prince of demons. As Dr. Lewis S. Chafer says, "In power, prominence and importance, Satan appears in the Bible second only to the Trinity."

Christians should begin their defensive spiritual warfare weeks before Halloween. Witches begin their preparation on the 18th day of October.
"On the 18th day of October, faithful followers of evils spirits gather for 13 days before the eve of Halloween of Sabbath. During this time they offer sacrifices (human or animal) to the god of the spirit world, Satan. These sacrifices are to obtain spiritual power. All the followers must give a blood sacrifice; some give their own blood, others offer an animal's blood, the more power they want, the greater the sacrifice.

"There is every conceivable type of orgy happening from the 18th until 31st October. Disembodied spirits loosed from the bodies of animals are being vied for by spiritualists, witches, druids, wizards and Satan worshipers. All of the corrupt evil wickedness and vile filth one could imagine is happening. Something is happening in the open, but most of the spiritual activity is well guarded from every corner of the earth at the command of the Lord Druid. "And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them." Ephesians 5:1, 11.
You need to understand that even today Halloween is STILL an occult worship day. Halloween and Satanism, "...Halloween is a day witches celebrate above all other days."

Halloween today is most definitely not a holy evening! This annual event is far from the harmless, innocent tradition it is promoted to be. Many dread this"holy" evening as they think what could happen to them, their property, and/or their children! Consistent with its historical roots, this evening is characterized by fear, and frequently arouses dormant fears in many.The fear generated by this event is symbolic of the fear which plagues so many in our modern, morally bankrupt world. It is a gripping fear for an unknown and very threatening future, a fear caused by a gnawing inner emptiness.

As Christians we see the day of the Lord soon approaching. World events are mirroring the Scripture's description of the Last Days. Can we really justify celebrating an obviously pagan (Satanic) holiday in this or any day? While every Born Again believer is responsible for his or her own walk with the Lord,I strongly urge you to pray about how or if you want to participate in these day's events. As for me and my house, we will walk with the Lord and follow His Word. The Word says to avoid the appearance of evil. (1 Thess 5:22)

What about church “Harvest Festivals” held on October 31? Although Christians may have good intentions behind them, but really don’t think they are the best Godly approach. Harvest parties on October 31 tend to assume that “our children need something to take the place of Halloween, since they won’t be participating in the secular and pagan celebrations. It suggests our kids are missing out on something. And indeed they are, if we allow them to spend Halloween in celebration.” There are better things to do on Halloween than partying. Harvest Fest is still a form of celebrating the pagan holiday and Christians are only deceiving themselves by partaking in the festivities and allowing those evil spirits to enter your spirit rhelm.

Also, we need to teach our children that “the fight is “against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places” (Ephesians 6:12, NKJV).
Two of his most powerful names are:

" The prince of the power of the air", (Ephesians 2:2) and " the god of this world", (age) (2 Corinthians 4:4).
Satan's origin is shrouded in mystery. There are two passages of Scripture to explain his origin. Ezekiel 28:11-19 and Isaiah 14:12-17.

The Bible warns: "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour," (I Peter 5:8).

He is after you, your family and your children!
How this must Grieve the Lord! “Stop being worldly, Christians."

CHRISTIANS ARE DYING & ARE DECEIVED! WAKE UP!

As I always stress there should be UNITY in the body of Christ; more churches should be stepping outside of the walls in Unity for Evangelism and Outreach. The church must be performing, preaching, teaching and practicing solely on the WORD of GOD and HIS LAWS. We see today more and more in the body of Christ falling. Obviously there is a problem a MAJOR problem, which means they are not following God's word and not being taught properly by the overseer's and leaders in the church. There should be more Biblical teachings and obeying of God's word. So many young Christians are dying! Literally Dying! WHY?
Ok, let’s begin… don’t take offense but this article is meant to be an eye opener, reality check, some or many may not agree but that is how it is in the world today, no one agrees when it comes to what is Godly, to what is truth according to God’s standards or God’s word. Most hate to hear the truth, we all heard the saying “TRUTH HURTS” and yes it does but that is why it’s called TRUTH which that is when everyone can get defensive and objective. And that is what causes division, anger, hatred, controversy and confusion among Christians as well. So as you read through this article, let the Holy Spirit open up your mind and heart to TRUTH from God’s perspective. God is trying to tell us something but so many are NOT listening!

Deuteronomy 11:13
So if you faithfully obey the commands I am giving you today—to love the LORD your God and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul—

This is reality! Just recently a young Youth Pastor age 23 in Venice California was shot down and killed for NO REASON! A Christian DJ, young with a family took his own life! Many other YOUNG Christian Rappers, Ministers are killed at a young age! Question is WHY? They may have not been biblical led? Their church leadership was not leading them right? Or they were just not ready for the Godly life? We don't know the answers, however it appears to be a growing problem and it all begins in the CHURCH! There is more lying, cheating, stealing, fornicating, pride-fullness, fakeness, selfishness, competition, greed, and so forth in the churches today then ever and it’s growing rapidly! Are the churches saving lost and weary souls and truly ministering the word of GOD or are they just preaching to the choir? Is the church teaching true biblical standards and obeying Gods word and making sure it’s congregations are being properly fed and that their member’s salvation is secure? We are living in the end times and the need for salvation is much GREATER NOW!

Isaiah 56:1
This is what the LORD says: “Maintain justice and do what is right, for my salvation is close at hand and my righteousness will soon be revealed.

Jeremiah 13:10
These wicked people, who refuse to listen to my words, who follow the stubbornness of their hearts and go after other gods to serve and worship them, will be like this belt—completely useless!

Churches need to stop focusing on how much money they are receiving in the offerings because God said he will provide and the offerings will be met but be more concerned on the souls that need to be saved. Start taking GOD to the World where it’s needed! Then you wonder why so many Christians are church hopping because they are not being fed nor receiving the salvation their soul is seeking, or they tend to find and seek real biblical teaching on their own through trusting in Christ and submitting totally to Christ alone and not man because man has let them down or they just plain give up completely and fall.

Romans 11:22
Consider therefore the kindness and sternness of God: sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue in his kindness. Otherwise, you also will be cut off.

If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen.

What Ministry and being a Christian is all about! BE A TRUE SERVANT!
Going to crack houses, bars, where the prostitutes work, juvenile detention homes, prisons, the homeless, the poor communities, The youth, the streets and Yes Churches, again I say CHURCHES, so that the congregations will get motivated and start doing GOD's work out on the streets!! By all means whatever way possible! Jesus’ ministry was not inside the four walls of a church building! He traveled miles and miles, city to city preaching, teaching and ministering God’s word! Are churches doing that? NO! Not too many at all! Many churches keep everything within their own walls! They are sometimes in their comfort zones and they are missing out on the most blessed part of being a Ministry, being a Christian and that is winning souls to God! Just claiming to be a Christian or working in a Ministry or being part of a church does NOT mean that you are doing the will of God. There are many devoted church goers that attend service every week just for appearances or to repent for what they do outside of the church walls deceiving not only themselves but the church. A lot of Churches these days are only about themselves and don’t take their ministry out to the streets where the need is much greater!

How can you bring folks into the church and save souls if you do not take the church to the streets? Did Jesus stay in one place? Absolutely NOT! And you wonder why so many Christian’s inside the church are going astray. Yes we much have a Church Home to go to for Worship but as Christians and the body of Christ we much be stepping outside the walls of the Church building and that includes the Leaders of the Church!

Romans 15:4
For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope.

Joshua 22:5
But be very careful to keep the commandment and the law that Moses the servant of the LORD gave you: to love the LORD your God, to walk in obedience to him, to keep his commands, to hold fast to him and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.”

1 Samuel 12:14
If you fear the LORD and serve and obey him and do not rebel against his commands, and if both you and the king who reigns over you follow the LORD your God—good!

It is so imperative that as Christians we serve and obey Christ daily! That includes the Churches as well! We need UNITY in order to reach the Community! There is so much need in the world today and as Christians we must serve and obey God’s law’s and reach, teach and touch the lost souls that are seeking salvation and peace. However we cannot do it alone! Even the Christian’s in the Church are falling dropping like flies. Every Christian should have a spiritual support partner, just like in AA meetings where an alcoholic has a support partner, Christian’s need that too, someone they can trust, someone who is totally submitted to biblical standards and obeys God’s laws, someone they can turn too in time of spiritual need and support so they don’t fall. The world cannot afford to lose Christian’s back to the world! That’s what Satan wants! And he is doing a good job in our churches, leaders and even Gospel music artists through media!

Christians please WAKE UP…..see what is going on around you! Your SALVATION is at stake! Are you sure you will have Eternal Life with our Lord and Savior? You may need to check yourself. Ask God to show you and trust me he will. Christians are being deceived BIG TIME and they are falling for it! Satan is even using the Gospel Music industry to deceive us! Pay attention to some of the popular Gospel Artists and especially our Gospel Rap artists! Let the Holy Spirit show you and you will see especially in their music videos! I am totally shocked at the things I am seeing! Here is a few examples, Trip Lee’s new T-Shirt has the illuminati symbol all over it! Lacrae’s new video “Lord have Mercy” is demonic and you can see illuminati hand signs throughout the video! Listen to the lyrics, there is a dark deep demonic voice man with evil eyes saying “ Lord have Mercy, have pitty on your son, for what I once was to what I have become” and it appears that Lacrae & Tedashii is indicating that they were serving Christ but now they have now sold out to Satan, you see evil in Lacrae’s face, he doesn’t look right at all. You can see it throughout the video. Lacrae and everyone on Reach Records is being used as a vessel for Satan in the Gospel Rap industry to deceive our young Christians!! WAKE UP! And the video is dark and evil how can you NOT see it! This is REAL! I have been a fan of Lecrae myself but he has now changed and has lost his way. There is nothing Christ center about their music! It’s worldly! It’s Un-Godly! What is so sad is that so many young Christians are idolizing and following Lacrae and all on Reach Records as idols! And what does the bible say about idols? This is NOT ministry! This is Industry! Young Christians are being DECIEVED! WAKE UP!

Christ is even being taken out of the Gospel music! The Gospel music industry tells the Gospel artists what to say and not to say in their lyrics. The industry has control and who controls the industry? Think about it! This is why we MUST GO HARD FOR GOD! Especially in the Gospel music arena! We are having a hard time as it is saving our young from the secular music and now we have to save them from the Gospel music as well? As Christians! We can NOT let that happen!

Only those with a true and sincere heart for GOD and that are totally submitted to his will really see the truth because the Holy Spirit reveals it. False teachers are around us more now than ever! Misleading our young adults because the younger Christians are just baby Christians and are still not fully grown in their relationship and their walk with God therefore our younger Christians are easy targets!

My sons, do not be negligent now, for the LORD has chosen you to stand before him and serve him, to minister before him and to burn incense.”

If you point these things out to the brothers and sisters, you will be a good minister of Christ Jesus, nourished on the truths of the faith and of the good teaching that you have followed.

Time to WAKE UP and see reality! Time is running out! There are lives and souls at stake here! We are the CHURCH! God gave us an assignment when we submitted our lives to him! That is to serve and obey him! We are called to be FAITHFUL SERVANTS! To minister in SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH! GOD’S TRUTH! We are HIS anointed and appointed! The Church must start getting into GOD’s will! I encourage Christians to please take some time every now and then, shut the world out just for a few days and get into God’s presence! Just you and HIM one on one! Read your word! Talk to the Father! Cry out to him! Give him your heart and he will show you TRUTH! Study and pray every day! God is with us every day! He is not someone you visit at a Church 1 or 2 days a week! He is in our lives daily! Be submissive unto GOD! And I promise you, he will reveal so much to you, you will be in total shock! Get outside of the church walls! Because we are the church! We need more evangelism and outreach! Our youth are dying! Our Brothers and Sisters in Christ are falling! So many deceivers are out there! It is going to take those that have a true heart, passion and desire for serving Christ to reach the lost! WE NEED UNITY in the BODY of CHRIST! And most of all there should be the LOVE of CHRIST among each and every Christian!

Through its trials and tribulations, the Church has stood its ground as a social and spiritual resource for African American communities. Yet, with these acknowledgments comes the question of what exactly the Black Church should look like in the twenty-first century.

In his book, “Standing True to Our God? A Young, Evangelical’s Perspective on Reformation in the Black Church,” J. L. Moore highlights several examples of how facets of the modern black church experience are not reflecting the teachings of Christ and His apostles. FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A Fresno Community is motivating local youth through positive messages and powerful testimonies today. The effort is taking place in a Southwest Fresno neighborhood that has long dealt with issues involving drugs and gangs.

This is the third year West Fresno has sponsored an event called Holy Jamz. Organizers at say this is their attempt to keep kids out of trouble by getting them into church.

To some doing the latest dances to gospel hip-hop music may seem out of place inside of a church.

'It's not odd to me because I grew up listening to that kind of stuff," said 13-year-old Michael Kinley.

Motivational speakers say they are speaking out against gangs, drugs and drug dealers in a way that makes young people more apt to listen to them, instead of message that glory lifestyles on the street.

"They tell them about the cars and money, but they don't tell them about the morgues, prison cells and life sentences," said Larry Bluford with Operation T.H.U.G.S.

37-year-old Larry Bluford says he found his calling while serving a five-year sentence in state prison for an attempted murder charge. "I'm not telling them I know someone whose been to jail or juvenile hall or suffering a broken home, gang life. I've been there and they are willing to give me the time of day."

Gospel Rapper Jacob Mendez says his crew hopes to change lives through their music and life experiences.

"As a child I was molested by my aunt," said Mendez, "I know there are others out there that struggle with the same thing."

Teenagers say inspirational messages help deal with negative influences.

Tyesha Mister said, "There's a lot of peer pressure from school, drama, friends, when you come to church you don't have to worry about nothing like that."

Holy Jamz involves youth from nearly 15 different churches across the Valley.

I've Got the Power! GOD given Power!

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Acts 1:8 (KJV)

Jesus shares with us that we receive power when the Holy Ghost comes on us. Acts 1:8 puts the emphasis on the power that comes on us to be witnesses first in Jerusalem and then Judea and to the uttermost parts of the earth. You shall receive power! You shall receive an anointing! You shall receive courage! You shall receive strength! When the Holy Ghost comes on you, you shall receive power to be my witnesses!

I want to push the message a little bit and remind us that this power, of which Jesus speaks, has not only been given to us so that we might be witnesses of the goodness of God and of the grace of God, but that this power has been give to you and I also for the tearing down of strongholds. The power of God has not only been give to you and me so I can witness about the grace of God, but the power of God has been given to me so I can also witness about strongholds in my bloodline that may have destroyed generations above me that I can give witness and say, "It destroyed them, but by the power of God it did not destroy me."

As a child of God! You are protected by Christ! And you have the power through the Holy Spirit to overcome, achieve, accomplish and survive anything!

Pray with me: Father, I thank you that I am free. I thank you that because of the shed blood of your son generational curses have been destroyed. I thank you that I have the power to remain free and whatever demon that might rise up against me, I have power over. I have been made free from the curse of sin. I have power to overcome the world through your son-Jesus. My Father in Heaven, be glorified in my life who is the head of my life that I may be an effective witness unto you.

Silencing The Foolish

"For this is the will of GOD, that by doing good you may put to silence
the ignorance of foolish men." [1 Peter 2. 15]

Egotistical and arrogant foolishness are the humanistic, blasphemous
attacking criticisms that are against GOD'S HOLY WORD and HIS
people. "Professing to be wise, they became fools." [Romans 1. 22] "HE
WHO is enthroned in heaven laughs; the LORD mocks and ridicules them."
[Psalms 2. 4] Yes, the wicked man schemes
against righteousness but "the LORD laughs at him, for HE knows
that his day will come." [Psalms 37. 13]
Thus, the best way to silence foolish men, is by doing good.

"When you do good and suffer, if you take it patiently, this is
commendable before GOD." [1 Peter 2. 20] "For it is better, if it is the
will of GOD, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil." [1 Peter 3.
17] "Therefore let those who suffer according to the will of GOD commit
their souls to HIM in doing good, as to a faithful CREATOR." [1 Peter 4.
19] "Shun evil and do good, and you shall abide forever." [Psalms 37. 27]

The LORD MESSIAH YESHUA is the greatest, most unsurpassed EXAMPLE of
this for "when HE was reviled, He did not revile in return; when HE
suffered, HE did not threaten, but committed HIMSELF to HIM WHO judges
righteously." [1 Peter 2. 23] "HE was oppressed and HE was afflicted,
yet HE was submissive, HE did not open HIS mouth; like a sheep being led
to slaughter, like a ewe, dumb before those who shear her, HE did not
open HIS mouth." [Isaiah 53. 7]

Of course, everyone has the right to reject every argument and even
ridicule such a life, but they must eventually come to see its sure
foundation. "When they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by
your good works which they observe, glorify GOD in the day of
visitation." [1 Peter 2. 12] "Do not forget to do good and to share,
for with such sacrifices GOD is well pleased." [Hebrews 13. 16]

The LORD YESHUA bid those who would "follow ME."
Furthermore, it is "the will of GOD" that we identify ourselves with our
wonderful LORD by "doing good" as we emulate our HEAVENLY FATHER. And
when the GOOD SHEPHERD, the OVERSEER of believers appears, those who
know HIM will be glorified. When we are sure of our FOUNDATION, we have
little to fear and tough times are nowhere near as tough as without HIM.
Such joy and hope we have!

Man is given the choice of how he will act out in this world; but the
junctions and highways have been set in place by the CREATOR. We have an
AWESOME GOD, and HE is on the throne ruling over the affairs of men. If
only we could see the path as OMNISCIENT GOD has always seen it, we
would have selected it as well. HE is worthy of all our praise and
worship, even in difficult times.

Praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal PEACE & LOVE.

We must let our dreams transformed us and propelled us into a life chosen for us by God. And in living for God, we change the world for God's glory. We must give our lives for our dreams in God. Truly, the lives we live in Him is imperative, yet believe it is the most satisfying than anything you can live for yourself. When we give our lives to God and believe in the dream that God has given us, God will give us influence over the world.

What is the dream God has given you?

Has God given you a dream, a vision, yet the enemy has placed obstacles and barriers against you in an attempt to rob you of it? Is the enemy trying desperately to hold your heart in the clutches of self-doubt and unbelief? Well my brothers and sisters…..THE DEVIL IS A LIAR!

The Lord is breathing life into old dreams. He's reaching into hearts for the buried treasure of your lost dreams and aspirations--dreams that have been discarded or driven to the recesses of your mind. He is giving life to dreams that are on the verge of being abandoned for the prosaic, mundane realities of life. The enemy attacked you with every measure in his power. But why? Because your dreams terrify him, that's why. They are, indeed, a threat to his plans. Your dreams are genuine and good; they are of value to the Kingdom of Heaven.

Many of you have given yourself wholeheartedly to the dreams and visions God has placed in your heart. You've pursued God's plan for your life and yet now you find yourself trapped and attacked by the enemy to such a degree that your dreams and visions have become of secondary importance to you. You are much more concerned with surviving the attack you're experiencing.

Realize, however, that nothing you are experiencing is any surprise to God. He's known all along the obstacles that would lay before you. It is those very obstacles you are tackling that will equip you to handle your dream's fulfillment as He shows you how to overcome them and not waste time "suffering" through them anymore. God will guide you through and he will help you find a way through them. God said he will never leave us nor forsake us even in times of trouble.

Heeding God's Voice

One very important lesson we need to learn is to listen to God's voice. We need to submit our head knowledge to the voice in our spirit that gives us God's wisdom. It's all too easy to hear God's voice and yet talk ourselves out of listening to it for one reason or another. The Lord reveals His wisdom to us and yet, for various reasons, we choose not to listen. Oftentimes, the penalties and woundings that come from satan and disregarding God's wisdom are the greatest obstacle of all.

The Word of God clearly states in Matthew 7:6, "...do not throw your pearls before swine, or they will trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces." The pearls represent the dreams God has given you and the swine are the natural-minded people who are unable to handle your dreams with care and end up trampling what is very precious to you. We are responsible for protecting the precious gifts God has given us, and we must learn to discern the type of person we can trust to esteem the precious things in our hearts.

The naturally-minded person values the things of this world much more than the things of God. As the Word says, "...for that which is highly esteemed among men is detestable in the sight of God" Luke 16:15. They have great difficulty in esteeming the things that are precious in God's eyes.

They see the Cross as foolishness (1 Corinthians 1:18), and do not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised (1 Corinthians 2:14). It's only through knowing Christ and experiencing His Cross that we can even come close to appraising and valuing the things of the Spirit correctly.

The Lord has promised us an abundant life, but what does an abundant life really look like? Is it money and fame and receiving everything for ourselves? Having a perfect life? Or is abundant life found in giving away more than we receive?

There is greater joy in esteeming the dreams of others than in trampling those dreams to fulfill our own. The ultimate abundant life is living for God's Kingdom and, in His Kingdom, we cannot live for ourselves. Our joy is found in esteeming our brother above ourselves -- in giving away what we need the most and in treasuring the dreams of others in the Kingdom as if they were our own.

Crafty devil

The enemy is crafty and will try and place people in your life who speak for him and not for God. They will try to convince you of the impossibility of your dream or make you feel incapable of fulfilling it. The enemy wants to distort your view of yourself and if he can cause you to esteem the things of this world, he will make you seem like a failure or foolish. Yet, the Word says that "God has chosen the foolish things of this world to shame the wise.." 1 Corinthians 1:27.

We are not to view ourselves according to the way people treat us, but find our relevance in Christ and Him alone. So often, men esteem people who are corrupt in their hearts because they seem important, yet disregard those who truly have the heart of Christ. And having misunderstood who we truly are, how can they judge the motives of our heart?

God has, in the past, led me to individuals in my life who've poured life into my spirit and given encouragement to the dreams in my heart. However, I have befriended people who've not valued me or my dreams; they have not encouraged and strengthened but, indeed, brought accusation and discouragement.

There have been people who God has specifically warned me to stay away from; His warning being they would trample the dream in my heart and turn and cause devastation to my spirit. However, as I came to know the person, they flattered my ego and tugged on the strings of my heart. I felt pity for them and, little by little, let my guard down. I let them into my life and opened my heart to them only to find in the end God was indeed trying to protect me.

I found out too late they were really unable to understand the dreams I cherished in my heart. Now, knowing my weaknesses and dreams, they had power to hinder me--to sow seeds of destruction into my spirit keeping me from the dream's fulfillment. Not understanding the value of the dream and its place in God's Kingdom, they sought to rend my spirit with accusation and judgment, gossip and slander.

The pain, however, and despair I felt from their betrayal was as needful for me as one of my mama's spankings. I learned the devastating cost of not obeying God's voice, all the while learning the tactics of the enemy. It was a lesson I needed to learn and let me tell you this last year was the biggest lesson of them all! I truly am so grateful for God's lesson and opening my eyes to truth and I now no to never disobey his voice again.

I would love to tell you that one failure was enough for me to grasp this important lesson, but that would not be the truth. No, not in the slightest. I have had to learn that lesson the hard way and have failed many times. But the Lord used each instance to train me and give me wisdom and discernment. I learned more fully the tactics of the enemy and the weaknesses of my own heart. It is imperative that we learn who to trust with our dreams. It is also important that we learn to turn away from the negative voices and combat what they've spoken with the truth of God. Our dreams and visions must be treated with great care and fed and nourished by the Word of God and by those who value them for the sake of the Kingdom of God.

As we mature in Christ, the confidence in our calling increases and the less we will worry about our own feelings and safety. We will find that as we lay down our lives for the call of God, living not for ourselves but for His Kingdom, willing to sacrifice everything for the hope of the calling in our heart, we give birth to an unstoppable passion that will change the world. Friends, many of us have begun a journey with God and it's been tough, and many are in a tight and desperate place you do not want to be in. You've thought, "God, I don't want to be here. I don't want to do this anymore." You may think, "Never mind God, forget it. I don't want to go through with it. I want to be safe. I don't believe the dream is possible anymore." BUT DON'T GIVE UP! Trust me I wanted to many times but GOD would not let me!

You may not want to be in the position you're in right now, but still you are there. You've got no other choice; you've got to keep going--moving straight ahead, on toward the prize. In so doing, you will find the fulfillment of your dream, and with that deliverance, you will find freedom from what is oppressing you. Strength in the Word We've got to realize there's no going back with God. You will never be "normal" again. You may not be what you used to be and you are not yet what you are to become. But you will find who you are in Christ, in His Word. As you esteem God's Word, you will trust more completely who the Word says you are and what you are capable of doing. You will be rooted and grounded in the incredible love of your Heavenly Father, Who's loved you from before your first breath. You will surely find a you that you never knew could exist--a glimpse of yourself seen only through the eyes of the Spirit. God sees what you can become if you will only believe what He says about you and continue on in pursuit of the victory...of the dream...of Him.

When you started your quest, the fulfillment of the dream was your greatest desire and yet, when you finally see the manifestation of what you've only seen in your spirit, you will receive more than you ever thought was possible--more than you ever thought to ask for, I am a witness to that. Surrendering yourself so completely to the Lord's designs, they become your own, though you once only desired to see the Kingdom of God, now you will become His Kingdom. My dear friends, as we stand together as His unstoppable Kingdom unable to retreat, we press on. We look straight ahead, not allowing our hearts to be sidetracked by the snares of the enemy, keeping our eyes fixed only on our Lord. I feel our Father saying emphatically to His children, "Straight ahead, children. Your dream is straight ahead!"

Pray this with me: Dear Father, please dust off the dreams You've given me in the past, and breathe Your restoring breath of life into them. Fill me with Your faith to believe and trust in You to guide my future. I surrender my will to You, and I ask that You make me useful to Your Kingdom. Love Your people through me and help me to be Your servant and Your child. In Jesus' name, amen. If the enemy has tried to make you feel foolish, remind him that God's Word says that God will use the foolish things of this earth to shame and confound the wise (1 Corinthians 1:27).

GO WITH GOD HEAD STRONG WITH WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN YOU! DON'T LET ANYONE OR ANYTHING STAND IN YOUR WAY! GOD WILL SEND THOSE RIGHT ONES IN YOUR PATH AND SHOW YOU THE ONES WHO ARE WRONG.....WE ARE HERE FOR KINGDON BUILDING! SAVING SOULS! HEALING THE HURT!

Grow Up!

Revelation 5:10
And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Ever use that phrase on your kids? "Come on, will you grow up already?!"

One sign of maturity is the ability to delay gratification, or deny it completely. Wanting our way when we want it is childish behavior and doesn't work with God's plan for an anointed life! This may sound harsh, but it’s true. So many Christian’s are still not mature in Christ, they still have a lot of growing to do, a lot of learning. Some still act like children and refuse to listen and obey God’s word.

There are no shortcuts to God. We cannot demand our way and our timing with Him. He has a perfect plan based upon His desires and His timing and if we want to go God's way, we must comply! We MUST obey his WORD! And not only that, the things of God take time too -- developing a strong and anointed prayer life takes time a focused mind and spent with the Father, it doesn't come overnight. Reading, studying and understanding the Word and applying it to our lives, it takes time and much practice!

Let's grow up today. God wants us to be a mature bride -- one ready to rule with Him when He comes! There's so much work to do!

BOASTING & PRIDE! IT GOTTA STOP!

Christians who brag and boast about what they have (material things) and what have done for people and what they can do for people isn’t that being prideful? AND talk about others constantly about being prideful? Are you doing what you do for GOD or for YOU? Who is the one gaining? GOD or YOU? What is your purpose?

1 Cor 1:31 Therefore, as it is written: "Let him who boasts boast in the Lord."

Proverbs 16:18
Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall.
Pride is the easiest sin to commit and the most difficult to overcome,
even for CHRISTIANS. It is so easy to be proud of our strength,
wealth, race, education, position, intelligence or even poverty and
ignorance. Some are even proud of their humility…proud of not being
proud. There seems to be more pride and arrogance among Christian circles then in the secular world today. Remember pride is a sin…..
Do they even READ what the Bible says about the humble being exalted, NOT the prideful?!
Psalm 31:18
Let their lying lips be silenced, for with pride and contempt they speak arrogantly against the righteous.

They don't even want to admit their wrong, they're so busy looking at
how the 'other person was at fault' or looking at others to find others fault’s to cover their own. Everyone has fallen short of God’s glory it’s how we choose to live from that day forward is what matters. Do we choose to obey and follow GOD’s laws and HIS word?

All Christians do not pass Judgment on others and we should just pray for those and there are many people out there who do judge, prideful, boast or saying these ungodly things about others. Every last one of us who are Christians, are striving daily to be better today than we were yesterday so hopefully on this day, you see less horrible things coming from our Christian brothers and sisters.

Psalm 10:4
In his pride the wicked man does not seek him; in all his thoughts there is no room for God.

We were made by God for one purpose and one purpose only and that is to praise and worship him and SERVE him and if you are spending your time on this earth doing anything other than that, then you are NOT in alignment with God and what he expects from you.....So, do not be deceived into believing that you do not have any works to do for God and expect to go right through those pearly gates without doing as God has instructed you to do...YOUR WORKS that you do on earth for God should be satisfactory enough to stand on it's own merits when you are called and judged by God....So ask yourself....What have I done for God to edify his people and to feed his ministries with my time and talents that will be pleasing to God?......Is it your own selfish PRIDE that is keeping you from doing what you must do for God to aid in the building of his Kingdom? Are you using your God given gifts and talents just within your own realm? Or are you using them to spread to the world and reach teach and touch others to build GOD’s Kingdom and not your own? We must see the imperfection in ourselves that needs correcting before we can point fingers at another....I wish that all of us will see that there is way too much work to do for us to look down our noses on one another and start serving GOD as he has instructed us to do so.

2 Corinthians 10:15
Neither do we go beyond our limits by boasting of work done by others. Our hope is that, as your faith continues to grow, our sphere of activity among you will greatly expand,

We should "humble yourselves in the sight of the LORD, and HE
will lift you up." [James 4. 10] And if there is any praise and
boasting – it should only be in the LORD ETERNAL, "! Blessing and
glory and wisdom, thanksgiving and honour and power and might, be to
our GOD forever and ever. Amen" [Revelation 7. 12]
There is no boasting among those that know that their faith is a GIFT from God.

1 Cor 1:27-31
27 But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. 28 He chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things-and the things that are not-to nullify the things that are, 29 so that no one may boast before him. 30 It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God-that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. 31 Therefore, as it is written: "Let him who boasts boast in the Lord."
Therefore Brothers & Sisters! Keep it Holy! Keep it Jesus! Be humble and graceful and love one another as CHRIST LOVES US! Our Father in Heaven loves us so much he wants us to be one BIG HAPPY FAMILY…..IS THAT POSSIBLE?
